Logging into Vestigo Verify

This page is intended for Vestigo Verify users only (eg: monitors). If you are a site user or an internal reviewer, please visit the Vestigo Help Center KB article.

Step 1: Access the Login Page

The first step to logging in is to access the login page of Vestigo Verify. The URL can be retrieved from the email you received about being your access. If you are attempting to authenticate at any other URL other than the Vestigo Verify URL, you will not be able to authenticate into Vestigo Verify.

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

Once you are on the login page, you will typically be prompted to enter your credentials. 

  1. Enter your email address associated with your Vestigo Verify account and click Next.
  2. Enter your password associated with your Vestigo Verify account and click Verify.

Step 3: Authentication

After entering your credentials, clicking Verify, and if your credentials are correct, you will be granted access to your account. If you encounter any issues, ensure that your email address and password are entered correctly.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

If you are unable to log in, consider the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Clear browser cache: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache can resolve login issues.
  • Reset your password: If you've forgotten your password:
    1.  At the Vestigo Verify login page, you will enter your email address, click Next, and then click on the Forgot Password? link. 
    2. Please wait a few moments and check your Junk/Spam/Promotions folder.
    3. Click on the link from the email you received regarding the password reset.
    4. You will be prompted to enter an answer to the security question that you have setup previously. If you do not remember the answer, please reach out to support.
  • If you are encountering an Unable to Sign In error, this usually indicates that your account is in the password reset state. Please ensure that you reviewed your Junk/Spam/Promotions folders to ensure the password reset email didn't go there.
  • Bookmark Links: Sometimes a bookmark link can cause issues with authentication. Please double check the URL is aimed at your Vestigo Verify instance URL. If you wanted to create a bookmark for your site, it is recommended to bookmark the My Visits page.
  • Contact support: If the above steps do not work, please reach out to Vestigo support

If you are having issues receiving emails, please contact your IT and request that support@mccreadiegroup.com is safe-listed for your organization. This can also be done at the user level.
